Oven cook from frozen

Oven from frozen
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6 
- Remove the meal from the carton. 
- Pierce the film in all of the compartments. 
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes. 
- Remove film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving. 
- To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Microwave from frozen
- Remove the meal from the carton. 
- Pierce the film in all of the compartments. 
- Place on a plate in the microwave. 
- Cook on full power for 9 minutes (700W) or 7 minutes (800W). 
- Peel back the film, lift the Pastry, thoroughly stir the Steak in Gravy, replace the pastry, re-cover the film and cook for a further 4 minutes (700W) or 5 minutes (800W). 
- Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
