Microwave cook from frozen

Oven from frozen
Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6
Remove the meal from the carton.
Pierce the film in all of the compartments.
Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Microwave from frozen
Remove the meal from the carton.
Pierce the film in all of the compartments.
Place on a plate in the microwave.
Cook on full power for 9 1/2 minutes (700W) or 8 1/2 minutes (800W).
Peel back the film, stir the food, re-cover the film and cook for a further 4 minutes (700W and 800W).
Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
