Cooking Instructions

Oven cook from frozen

Ensure meal is placed on an appropriate baking tray or plate

Oven from frozen

  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6

  • Remove the meal from the carton.

  • Pierce the film in all compartments except the roast potato compartment.

  • Carefully cut away and remove the film from the roast potato compartment.

  • Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven for 30-35 minutes.

  • Remove film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.

  • To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Microwave from frozen

  • Remove the meal from the carton.

  • Pierce the film in all compartments except the roast potato compartment.

  • Carefully cut away and remove the film from the roast potato compartment.

  • Place on a plate in the microwave.

  • Cook on full power for 9 1/2 minutes (700W) or 8 minutes (800W).

  • Peel back the film, stir the chicken and gravy, re-cover the film and cook for a further 3 minutes (700W) or 3 minutes (800W).

  • Remove the film and leave the meal to stand for one minute before serving.
