Cooking Instructions

Oven cook from frozen

Oven from frozen

  • Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6

  • Remove the meal from the carton.

  • Pierce the film in both compartments.

  • Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven for 41 minutes.

  • Remove film and leave the meal to stand for two minute before serving.

  • To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Microwave from frozen

  • Remove the meal from the carton.

  • Pierce the film over the herb liquor compartment.

  • Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Pie and Mash compartment.

  • Remove the Pie

  • With the Pie removed, place on a plate in the microwave.

  • Cook on full power for 2 minutes (700W) or 1 1/2 minutes (800W).

  • Place the Pie back into the pie and Mash compartment and cook for a further 9 minutes (700W) or 8 minutes (800W).

  • Remove the film and stir the herb liquor thoroughly, leave the meal to stand for two minute before serving.
