Oven cook from frozen

Oven from frozen
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 6 
- Remove the meal from the carton. 
- Pierce the film in both compartments. 
- Place the meal on a baking tray on the middle shelf in a pre-heated oven for 41 minutes. 
- Remove film and leave the meal to stand for two minute before serving. 
- To cook in a fan assisted or combination oven, adjust the cooking time by referring to manufacturer's instructions.

Microwave from frozen
- Remove the meal from the carton. 
- Pierce the film over the herb liquor compartment. 
- Carefully cut away and remove the film from the Pie and Mash compartment. 
- Remove the Pie 
- With the Pie removed, place on a plate in the microwave. 
- Cook on full power for 2 minutes (700W) or 1 1/2 minutes (800W). 
- Place the Pie back into the pie and Mash compartment and cook for a further 9 minutes (700W) or 8 minutes (800W). 
- Remove the film and stir the herb liquor thoroughly, leave the meal to stand for two minute before serving.
